Mr. Carlos Santillan, P.E., joined Velocity Engineering Services in July of 2016 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.  Carlos worked hard to advance to the role of Project Engineer, and is now a seasoned Project Manager, and an integral part of our team.

In his current position, Carlos expertly oversees and conducts Milestone Inspection reports, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), and turnover and reserve studies. In addition, Carlos prepares detailed specifications for concrete restoration, roof replacement, and pavement projects. His responsibilities also include performing quality assurance inspections, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards.

Carlos takes great pride in the collaborative and dynamic work environment at Velocity. Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Carlos enjoys traveling, attending sports events, and cherishing time with his wife and two young sons, balancing his professional achievements with a fulfilling family life.
