Project Plans & Specifications

Velocity will determine the appropriate scope of work and prepare plans and specifications for your Association’s repair and maintenance projects. Engineered plans and specifications allow apples-to-apples bids to be obtained from contractors.

Bid Solicitation & Evaluation

Velocity will identify interested contractors and solicit bids for your Association’s repair and maintenance projects. Velocity can also review bids to ensure they are complete and assist the Association with contractor selection.

Construction Observation

Velocity will observe the construction work as it is being performed to ensure the contractor is complying with the plans and specifications.

Concrete Restoration

Identifying and evaluating areas of concrete deterioration and/or spalling in an existing building and determining the appropriate repair methodology.

Pavement & Roadway Consulting

Evaluating the condition of existing pavements, determining remaining useful life and maintenance options, preparing pavement maintenance plans, and assisting Associations with their repaving projects.

Roof Consulting

Evaluating the condition of existing roofs, determining remaining useful life and repair needs, and assisting Associations with their re-roofing projects.
