Overview: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. TheReceptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customerservice to clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires strong communication skills,attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide general information about the company and respond to inquiries.
  • Support other departments with various clerical duties as required.Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.Working Conditions:
  • Standard office environment.
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility in hours as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
